Asus finally unveiled the Zenfone 3. And there are actually three of them.
One of the first to be introduced is the all-metal Zenfone 3 Deluxe.
Taking cue from the name, the Z3 Deluxe presents itself with the ultimate premium presentation. From the all-metal unibody design, up to how ASUS made it slimmer leaving the old design of the Zenfone.
What was retained is the capacitive buttons below 5.7-inch full HD super AMOLED display.
It is very thin and the curved back is gone, it is only 4.2mm on the edge.
Turn it around and you will get a clean back metal cover with the logo of ASUS below. Right below the 23MP camera featuring the latest Sony IMX318 image sensor with a big opening of F/2.0 aperture lens.
A second generation Laser AF built for indoors and dark environment. Outdoors, it is taken cared of PDAF (Phase-detection AF), indoors laser AF takes over.
An ultra-thin bezel gives ZenFone 3 Deluxe a 79% screen-to-body ratio for a maximized display.
The camera app has been upgraded to PixelMaster 3.0, which is part of the upgraded Zen UI 3.0.
The Super Resolution camera feature of PixelMaster is still there giving 92MP ultra-clear picture quality.
ZenFone 3 Deluxe has a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Series processor, Adreno 530 GPU, and integrated X12 LTE modem, as well as up to 6GB RAM to deliver the best performance and fast connectivity for demanding apps, games, and media.

Based on global pricing, Zenfone 3 Deluxe will get a price tag of USD499 for the variant with 6G/64. We don’t have word about the 6G/128G version yet.
