EPSON unveils 14 products at Fusion 5

EPSON PH has recently celebrated its achievements as the No. 1 brand in three different categories, including projectors, inkjet printers, and dot matrix printers during the company’s Fusion Media activity held recently in Sumilon, Cebu.

In the 3-day event at an exclusive island in Cebu, Epson gave us a preview of what the public can expect from Epson for the rest of the year, including new product offerings and the latest core technology applications.

The consumer will expect 14 new products from four (4) different categories including: Visual Instruments (VI)/Projectors, Inkjet Printers, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and, Business Systems.

Projectors – World’s 1st 3LCD, Touch-Enabled, Interactive Projectors — there are 7 models for the Epson EB 500 series that features high brightness, ultra-short throw at 47cm only, multi-PC connectivity, 2 HDMI ports, wireless connectivity, iProjection, and finger touch interactive.

Inkjet Printers – Epson has an expanded line-up of the successful Epson L-Series Ink Tank System Printers, this year the following models will be out.

  • Epson L120 – the entry level and affordable document printer with super high ink capacity
  • Epson L555 – Ink Tank multi-function printer (MFP) with Fax, auto document feeder (ADF) and wireless printing capability
  • Epson L13000– reliable high quality super high ink capacity A3 Printer with borderless printing

Commercial and Industrial Printers.

  • Epson SureColor F7170 – Dye-sublimation transfer printers for final fabric production
  • Epson UltraChrome DS Ink – all new dye sublimation ink development by Epson
  • Epson dye sublimation papers – all-new dye sublimation media development by Epson

POS and Business System Printers
Epson also revealed the new generation POS system designed for running businesses on the Cloud with the new Epson TM-I / TM-DT Intelligent Printer Series.

The Epson TM-I and TM-DT series features future-proof, customizable, hassle-free connectivity, platform flexibility, and smaller footprint

More achievements for Epson Products Philippines.

During the unveiling of the new Epson products, EPC also announced the latest 3rd party Future Source Consulting research results that showed the company’s achievement of No. 1 market share in the projector category in the Philippines. The company attained 31.84% market share for the 1st Quarter of 2014. Globally, Epson is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its 3LCD projector technology – a celebration made more special with its unmatched achievement of 13 consecutive years as the World’s #1 projector brand.

Epson Philippines has also retained the #1 Value Share Leadership in the inkjet printer category with a Value Share of 35.50%.

Aside from this launch, EPSON PH brought the media to an adventure for three days. From May 21 to 23, media people went on canyoning, trekking, and swimming with the sharks in Oslob, Cebu.
