Huawei doesn’t stop here. The new Huawei Nova 2S becomes official with very solid features at a competitive price tag in the upper mid-range category. Boasting an 18:9 display with FHD+ resolution in its 6-inch panel, the chassis of the phone built in glass and metal with rounded corners and 2.5D curved glass.
The Nova 2S comes with Kirin 960 chipset, the company’s 2016 flagship processor. Going to the storage, you’ll have either 64GB or 128GB capacity, which can be expanded via microSD card that supports up to 256GB. It offers a 3,340 mAh battery, supported by fast charging feature, as well as, it runs on Android 8.0 “Oreo” with Huawei’s proprietary EMUI 8.0.
And now, the main highlight of the smartphone is in the camera department. The back snappers featuring a 16-megapixel and a 20-megapixel sensor plus another 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel shooters located on the front. Another one, it has Hi-Fi audio chip and USB Type-C port for fast transferring of files.
The Huawei Nova 2S will come in five different colors: Rose Gold, Red, Black, Gray and Blue variants. As far as the phone’s price is concerned, the 64GB model with 4GB RAM will be priced at CNY 2,699 (~P20,630), while the 6GB RAM version is heftier at CNY 2,999 (~P22,925). Finally, there’s a 128GB model, called the “Yixing Zhang” customized edition that comes with 6GB RAM will be available for CNY 3,399 (~P25,980).
