Next Unit Computing (NUC) bare-bone PC, RealSense, the SoFIA Intel Atom X3 SOCs, Compute Stick are among the main topic of yesterday’s Intelligent Generations event at the Makati Diamond Residences.

The Santos family presented that all products of Intel can be used by all ages — from the grandparents, parents and kids. Intel has product that will fit the lifestyle of every member of the family.

In the event, Intel PH Country Manager Calum Chisholm said: “We see highly mobile trend of technology consumers around the world. The latest generation Intel Core processors embodies Intel’s dedication to the mobile sector by powering devices that enaible the active mobile lifestyle of today’s Filipinos.”

The fifth generation Intel Core processors feature up to 22% better graphics processing, 50% faster video conversion and up to 1.5 hours more battery life when compared to the 4th-generation processors.

Millenials start to dominate the local workforce. According to The World Bank and the World Economic Forum, Filipinos are among the most active digital users in the region, with up to 40 million of the 115 million mobile device users connected to the Internet. The Millenials are currently the major players in the workplace in the country.

This model is showing the flagship smartphone from Asus which is powered by an Intel Atom processor. The Zenfone 2 is set to launch in the Philippines on May 16, 2015.

For people who are conscious about their electric bill, this solution will work for you. Intel NUC is energy-efficient yet fully functional configurable PC that is only the size of a box of chocolate.

PC Express is selling a pre-configured Intel NUC. Bundled pricing starts at P19,999.

Intel PH chief said that if you want a basic PC, get the Intel Compute Stick; but if you want more performance, the NUC is the right one for you.

The devices we have available here today range from products that provide high-end mobility with high-performance Intel Core m processors, to products designed specifically to bridge the narrowing digital divide, thereby promoting inclusiveness among communities which would benefit from Internet connectivity,” said Calum Chisholm, Intel Philippines Country Manager.
